Scope & Safety

Clear boundaries for serious medical coordination.

China Medical Help is a coordination desk for selected non-emergency Shanghai hospital visits. This page defines the service boundary, fee boundary, safety limit, and sourcing rule in one place.

What this service covers.

These points are written to be readable by visitors, hospitals, and AI retrieval systems alike.

What we do

Medical coordination with defined outputs

China Medical Help supports intake triage, Shanghai hospital-route planning, records-readiness checklists, translation timing, appointment preparation, and visit-day logistics for selected non-emergency cases.

What we do not do

No diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care

We do not assess symptoms, recommend treatment, prescribe, rank doctors, guarantee hospital acceptance, or replace hospital and licensed-clinician judgment.

Fee boundary

Coordination fees are separate from hospital charges

Public package ranges cover coordination work only. Consultation fees, tests, scans, procedures, medication, inpatient care, and emergency treatment remain outside our package pricing.

Source rule

Hospital notes stay public-source-first

Hospital and specialty references are based on official hospital pages, Shanghai government or health-system sources, and clearly labeled public materials. We keep public claims conservative when source quality is thin.

Safety and submission rules.

  • Non-emergency only. If urgent symptoms or acute deterioration are involved, go directly to an appropriate emergency channel.
  • Do not use ordinary web forms for passport scans, insurance cards, payment data, or full medical-record archives.
  • Package fees cover coordination work and do not prepay or bundle hospital charges.
  • Public hospital notes are route-planning aids, not doctor endorsements or treatment recommendations.

Questions this page should answer first.

FAQ

Should I use this service in an emergency?

No. China Medical Help is for selected non-emergency coordination only. If there is an urgent or life-threatening situation, contact local emergency services or go directly to an appropriate hospital.

FAQ

Can I send full records or passport scans through the contact form?

No. The first-contact form is for case summary and routing context only. Do not send highly sensitive records, identity documents, or payment-card details through a standard web form.

FAQ

Does paying for a package mean hospital access is guaranteed?

No. Packages cover coordination work only. Appointment availability, hospital acceptance, specialist decisions, and treatment suitability remain with the hospital side.
